EASY SMOKED SALMON
Ingredients:
- 2lbs of farm raised Salmon (generally has more fat)
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper

Steps:
1. Preheat Smoker to 160F or low smoke setting
2. PrepĀ Salmon by patting it dry
3. Coat Salmon in Olive Oil
4. Salt and Pepper as you wish
5. Smoke the salmon until the internal temperature reaches 145F (about 2.5 hours)
6. Refrigerate immediately to stop the cooking. Chill for 12 hoursĀ before serving
Serving Suggestions: On avocado toast, topping on salads
